In conjunction with the group insurance and discount
medical plan industry, the Firm is responsible for
the establishment of many non-profit associations which may
qualify for the issuance of group insurance products and
has been doing so for over 20 years. |

All areas of association group insurance business are
addressed including, but not limited to, the
association organization and formation on a
multi-state level, obtaining certificates of authority
in all necessary states, the purchase or transfer and
sale of equitable control and the structure thereof,
affiliation agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements, the
development of appropriate marketing |

concepts, website compliance, product design
(including working directly with most major insurance
companies),
and DMPO registration and licensing |

If required, certain associations also involve the the
preparation and filing of an application with the
Internal Revenue Service for qualification as a 501(c)(3)
tax exempt charitable organization. |
